Abstract

This research using three variables. Perceived service quality, perceived value and trust as independent variable. And customer satisfaction as dependent variable. The sample in this research were 80 respondents that came from the customer of Odette Shoppy. The method use in purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The method use in this research the validity test, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and T test and F test. Result of T test the third dependent variable partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on F test 23.480 percent (Fvalue) > 2.72 (Ftable) shows the third dependent variable simultaneously effect on customer satisfaction. And based on result of Adjusted R Square= 0.481 indicates that 48.1% of the variationds of customer satisfaction can be influenced by all the three dependent variable us in this study. While the rest of 52% is influenced by another variable outside of variables use in the research. Keyword: service quality,value,trust,customer satisfaction
