Abstract

ABSTRACT The capital market is a means of business financing where companies obtain capital from investors. The main goal of investors buying shares is to obtain dividends from the difference between the selling price and the buying price of the shares. The share price is the price per share of the company issued on the stock exchange. This study aims to examine the relationship between Return On Investment, Earning Per Share, and Dividend Per Share on Share Prices in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. This research is a quantitative study that was tested using multiple linear regression through SPSS 25. The sample in this study were 80 companies that met the sampling criteria using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the variables Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share have a positive effect on stock prices, while Return on investment has a negative effect on stock prices. But simultaneously Return On Investment, Earning Per Share, and Dividend Per Share have a positive effect on stock prices. Keywords : Return On Investment, Earning Per Share, Dividen Per Share
