Abstract

The aims of this research are(1). To find oud and analyze the effect of communication on employee one mploye eperformance(2). To ind out and analize the effect of job satisfaction on employeeperfomance(3). To determine and analyze the effect of communication and job satisfaction on employee performance (4). To find out and analyze the effect of communication and job satisfaction on employee performance . this research is an explanatory research that aims to examine the effect of the mediatone role,the effect of communication and job satisfaction on employee performance.the sample in this study amounted 115 respondents and they were employees of the cleaning departemen of PT.Hadana Jaya Lamongan as for the method used in this study (probability sampling). data collection using direct survey method with company managers. Furthermore,the results of the study indicate that the effect communication on employee pervomance,job satisfaction on employee performance and the mediating role of the influence of communication and job satisfaction on employee performance have a positive and significant influence.
