Abstract
Vocabulary is one of the most important parts of teaching English. Gaining vocabulary is essential in all language skills including listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English as a second language (ESL) and English as a foreign language (EFL). Students will find it easier to convey or present ideas and engage in various language-related activities if they have a lot of vocabulary. Vocabulary mastery enables students to understand actual lifestyle activities related to language skills, including reading textual content, answering test questions and participating in class. In different phrases, students can communicate fluently.For that Reason, mastery of vocabulary is important for the achievement in English classroom. This research method is classified as a qualitative descriptive research method because it is related to type of research that understands social phenomena from the participant's perspective.Data collection techniques are centered on how to collect data in accordance with the research variables. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires and interviews.The researcher adopted the questionnaires and modified interview questions that were relevant to the purpose of this study.There are several steps in the data analysis process, such as: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the perception students, that before using English Singsing there were still many students who had not mastered vocabulary, had difficulty answering questions, unfamiliar vocabulary, so the effort to use English Singsing is one of the efforts courses in improving students' vocabulary mastery.The Student after using English Singsing video had improve mastery English vocabulary,had interesting such as new knowledge and new experience, and then the student have an impact good score in the course and their school, and then have been effective, it can be seen from the increase in student achievement before and after using English Singsing. Research findings, students have a perception that the use of English Singsing Videos improve student's mastery vocabulary. During the learning process, students feel happy, comfortable and memorize vocabulary faster.
