Abstract

The role of central banks in economic stability and financial growth has become increasingly crucial in the era of globalization. As institutions responsible for monetary policy, central banks play a key role in controlling inflation, maintaining exchange rates, and supporting a sound financial system. In the context of globalization, the challenges faced are becoming more complex with the rapid flow of international capital, fluctuations in global commodity prices, and economic uncertainties arising from external factors. Central banks must adapt their policies to address global economic pressures, maintain market confidence, and ensure sustainable economic growth. Effective monetary policies, such as interest rate adjustments and open market operations, can influence domestic economic stability and prevent financial crises. Furthermore, international cooperation among central banks is essential to maintaining the stability of the global financial system. Therefore, managing the role of central banks in the context of globalization is key to creating a stable economy and supporting inclusive and sustainable financial growth.
