Abstract

Education is very important for the development of life, improved quality of life, both in terms of science, behavioral, and usefulness in society, generally in the life of the nation. Therefore, education must be developed in accordance with the developments and demands of the times, including Educational Leadership. It starts on a global reality, today the leadership of Muslims in the world is messy face many trials and threats, the Islamic world was rocking her due to lack constancy of their leader. It is also intended to nature as caliph that is in every human being can function as outlined by Allah in Islam. One of the efforts to improve the quality cadre of leaders according to the teachings of Islam such as by studying and applying concepts that have been formulated by the Kyai and education experts, as well as the leadership that has been implemented by KH Imam Zarkasyi in the cabin, so the alumni has been acting tough as leaders in this country. Recognizing the importance of leadership education that addresses the KH Imam Zarkasyi leadership education according to the teachings of Islam, which in one side of leadership is based on Islamic values Qur'anic and Sunnah. From these results, it can be seen that the leadership education by KH Imam Zarkasyi is based on the proposition that man is a leader who will be held accountable for his leadership. While the function of a leader is to organize the totality of life, it is necessary to regeneration agency leaders who deliberately set up to be the ideal place to live so as to allow the cadres will be formed and nurtured mindset, attitudes and behaviors as a leader with high discipline.
