Abstract
This research aims to test the effect of overtime, allowances and job promotions strengthened by the mediating variable in the form of job satisfaction, with the aim of testing the hypothesis which previously was still a temporary hypothesis. This research was conducted at the Lamongan branch of Bank Jatim with 120 respondents, all of whom were employees. This research uses a quantitative method where the data is collected using questionnaires and then tested using the SPSS Version 29 application and then the results are used to confirm whether the hypothesis is true or not. With the results, overtime has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, allowances have a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, job promotions have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, overtime has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Allowances have a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, Job promotions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Overtime has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, Job promotions have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Then it is known that there are results that overtime variables, allowances and job promotions simultaneously influence employee performance.
