Abstract
Character education for elementary school students is a fundamental process in shaping religious and moral values from an early age. Islamic Education (PAI) teachers play a central role in this process, yet its success is highly dependent on the synergy established with parents. This study aims to describe the forms of synergy between PAI teachers and parents in instilling moral values at SD Negeri Lebaksari and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results reveal that synergy is manifested through active communication via digital media, joint religious activities, and periodic reporting of students' moral development. The discussion indicates that parental involvement significantly influences the success of internalizing moral values, especially when there is a shared vision between school and family. Supporting factors include shared awareness of the importance of moral education and the principal's support. Inhibiting factors consist of parents’ limited understanding and time constraints due to work commitments. The study concludes that active, structured, and continuous collaboration between PAI teachers and parents is key to the success of moral education in elementary schools
